Kim has been involved in dance for 30 years. She holds an Associates Degree in the Arts as well as a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an Area of Concentration in the Fine Arts from The Ohio State University. Kim was selected again this year to be a regional and national competition judge. Kim has also been a member of the Kelly Street Dance Company and has danced, modeled and appeared in commercial breaks on The Rhythm City Show. During college Kim was the captain and choreographer for the dance team and the captain of the cheerleading squad at The Ohio State University Lima Campus. Her choreography can be seen in many local dance, competition cheer, and musical events, including the Peony Pageant. Kim's competition dancers have won numerous high score and special awards at Regional and National competitions. Kim has also received Outstanding Choreography and Most Entertaining awards at numerous competitions. The All Star dancers have performed aboard Carnival Cruise three times and won 2nd place at the "Ohio Has Talent" competition held this past February. Kim is a member of the Miami Valley Dance Teachers Association and Professional Dance Teachers of America. Kim was also a rehearsal director for the Moscow Ballet which performed here in November. Kim has students performing on college dance teams, pursuing dance careers in college, and has cheerleaders who have gone on to cheer at the college level and teach for Americheer. Kim continues her study of dance by attending conventions regularly, she has studied from the West Coast to the East Coast and many places in between. Kim has attended Hoctor's Dance Caravan, Stepp With Me, Co. Dance, Hollywood Vibe, Tremaine, Miami Valley Dance Teachers Fall and Spring Conventions, Showstoppers, Americheer, ECA and NCA cheer camps. This summer Kim will be attending Dance Caravan and traveling to Myrtle Beach , SC to continue her dance training. She will also be coaching her Award Winning Van Wert All Star Cheer Squad which placed at every competition they went to last year and were named Grand Champions at the Attica Fair. Kim is married to Dan and they have a 7 year-old daughter, Kylie, who is completing her 6th year of dance and 3 year old twin boys, Carter and Kaden, who are completing their 1 st year of dance.

Tera has been involved in dance for 23 years and is a former dancer of KHDW. Tera is the former owner of Dance Explosion dance studio. Tera is a graduate from Delphos Jefferson High School . Tera is a physical therapist assistant and the manager for her department. Last year she graduated with her BS in healthcare management and plans to attend Findlay in the fall to complete her Master's. Tera has also been involved in cheerleading both as a cheerleader and recently as a coach for Delphos Jefferson. Tera has taught at conventions for both cheer and dance. Tera has choreographed for many area programs including several high school musicals and area pageants. Some of Tera's former students are now on college dance teams and cheer squads. She continues her education in dance by attending conventions. Tera also balances this with two beautiful daughters at home. Arianna just turned 9 and is completing the third grade and her seventh year of dance! Alanna will be two in the fall and will be starting her first year of dance!

- Kimberly has been involved in dance for 24 years, the past nine years with KHDW. Kimberly is a graduate from Van Wert High School and The Ohio State University with a BA in Psychology. In high school Kimberly traveled around the U.S. for 2 summers dancing as a "Caravan Kid" for Hoctor's Dance Caravan. This was a great experience, which helped her improve and widen her dance technique. Kimberly was one of the rehearsal assistants for the Moscow Ballet that performed at the PAC here in November. Kimberly continues her dance training by attending conventions such as Co. Dance, Dance Caravan, Hollywood Vibe, Tremaine, and Showstoppers Dance Conventions. Kimberly keeps herself busy not only with teaching dance but also as the new owner of Rhythm-N-Shoes Dance Shop. Kimberly has enjoyed running the shop for the first year and looks forward to serving her customers in the future. Kimberly also works at Laudick's jewelry, and most importantly she loves being a wife and mother of three. Kimberly is married to Ben and last November they won the Van Wert "Dancing with the Stars". Larissa (9) is a 3rd grader at St. Mary's and is completing her 7th year of dance at KHDW. Trey (5) is completing his 3rd year of dance and completed his 2nd year of preschool. Andrew (15months) although he isn't talking yet is into everything, full of energy, and is all boy. Kimberly would like to thank her family for all their support and let them know how much she loves them.

Rebekah Stemen

Rebekah has been involved at KHDW for the past 11 years and has been instructing for 10 years. She has been involved with cheerleading for 14 years and has been the cheerleading coach for Delphos Jefferson for the past six years. Rebekah has choreographed for Delphos St. John's freshman cheer squad, and the Delphos Jefferson jr. High,JV, and Varsity squads, show choir and the Delphos Canal Days Pageant. During her first two years of college Rebekah was on the Sinclair Dance Team. Her varsity cheerleading squad received superior and top ratings at Ameri-Cheer cheerleading camp, and performed at the State Street Thanksgiving parade in Chicago . She has cheerleaders moving on to a college level, and becoming staff members for the Ameri-Cheer Association. She continues her education by attending various camps and conventions such as Company Dance, Stepp With Me, Dance Caravan, Tremaine, Miami Valley , Ameri-Cheer, National Cheerleading Association, and Wright State University Mounting Clinics. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Wright State University . She will be graduating this August with her masters in administration from the University of Dayton . Rebekah is a second grade arts magnet teacher for Lima City Schools at Heritage Elementary. Rebekah and her husband, Zach reside in Delphos. Rebekah is expecting her first child at any minute.

           
   
Colleen began her dance training at Lyn's Academy of Dance in Elida and The Dance Centre' in Wapakoneta.
She holds a degree in Dance Performance/Choreography from Hope College in Holland, Michigan. She has danced with Michigan's only jazz and tap company, InSync' Dance Theater with whom she performed in Chicago Tap Theater's “Tidings of Tap” as a guest artist. Colleen is currently instructing and dancing with Vitoria Dance Arts, a professional contemporary company out of Columbus.
Colleen enjoys teaching dancers of all ages. She has worked as director of dance camps at Miami Valley School in Dayton, Ohio and as an instructor-counselor with Lake Bryn Mawr Camp in Pennsylvania and American Dance Training Camps in resort locations throughout the nation.
